re-schedule your event - policy

Did life throw you a curve ball such that you need to re-schedule our professional services for your event? If so, not a problem...we'll do everything in our power to accommodate you new schedule.

Please keep in mind that the sooner you provide us notice of this change the better (we frequently book events well over a year in advance, so time truly is of the essence).

 

Re-Booking Fees

To defray a portion of the expense we incur due to the re-scheduling of events, depending on how much advance notice we receive, a re-booking fee may be imposed according to the guideline below.

     > 365-days or more before your event: NO fee.

     > Between 364 and 180-days before your event: $225 fee.

     > Between 179 and 90-days before your event: $450 fee.

     > Between 89 and zero-days before your event: $900 fee.

 

Special Equipment Leases/Rentals

If you made special arrangements with us to lease abnormally high-end photographic equipment not within our inventory, any cancellation/re-leasing fees imposed by the vendor must unfortunately be added on to the fee schedule listed above.

In summary, assuming of course we have an open slot in our calendar to accommodate your new event date, we will bend over backwards to shuffle things around in order to remain a part of your upcoming event. However, as mentioned above, the more advance notice provided the better
