Q OK, give me the lowdown on your return and refund policy.
ADue to the one-of-a-kind nature of photography, returns are not accepted as a mater of course; however, if the product (e.g., prints, albums, calendars, et cetera.) are clearly defective and such a defect was not caused by damage from the shipping carrier, we will gladly accept a return of such merchandise and reprint or remanufacture such items at our cost (standard production and shipping times apply; see our shipping policy). Please contact us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We typically will respond to the issue within 1-2 business days.
Please keep in mind that, so far, not a single defective product has escaped the multiple layers of quality control; so rest assured your product will almost with total certainty arrive in pristine condition without blemish. Amie Morgan Photography will only bear responsibility for costs associated with returns due to manufacturer defects, or printing or shipping errors. In such cases, we will, in its discretion, either replace the order in question at no cost to you, or issue a refund to you.
