Frequently during the pre-event planning stage one may only foresee they would need our services for "X" number of hours; however, as time draws nearer to the event, it often times becomes clear that you'll actually be requiring our services for longer than initially reserved. We will do our best to accommodate such changes as the occasion arises.

Of course, if another client already remitted their deposit to reserve our services during the timeframe you're now desiring us to shoot, we clearly cannot allow such changes. On the other hand, if we are available during the time you're requesting, we'll be happy to make the applicable change. As an incentive to accurately estimate the time you'll be needing us at the time you made the original reservation, the rate you booked our services for is the "best" & lowest-cost we offer. Accordingly, such changes as described above will incur a higher per-hour rate, as outlined below.

To determine the extra fee simply determine how far in advance of your event you're giving us notice of the change.
