Historically, weekends are the most sought after days for wedding and special family event photography; accordingly, to guarantee our availability we suggest you lock-in your date as soon reasonable (please read our step-by-step instructions). FYI, most clients reserve our services between 12-18 months in advance; with that said, we recommend you check our availability and proceed through our reservation process as soon as feasible.

 

Please note that we utilize two different pricing structures based on the day you commission our photography services for.  As displayed in the chart below, "peak days" of the week (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) are subject to our standard professional service fee. On the other hand, should your event take place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, we invite you to take a look at our Pricing Framework for "Off-Peak" Event.

* = Off-peak (Monday-Thursday) photo shoot is great for bridal, engagement, or post-wedding "trash the dress" pictures. Credit must be used no later than 90-days from event date; unused credit is non-refundable; off-peak credit may not be waived and used as a form of account payment.  See our Off-Peak Price page for detailed description.

Need more than 8-hours of shooting time?  No problem, we simply bill at a standard rate of $300/hour.  Accordingly, for events over 8-hours simply use the 8-hour rate as a base ($2,695) and add $300 per hour thereafter.

Reserve your carmel beach photographer - Step 1

Take a moment and review the chart above and see which one of our various photography packages best fits your needs.  Should your event take place during an "off-peak" day of the week (i.e., Monday-Thursday), you should instead refer to our discounted Off-Peak Photography Package Pricing Framework.

Monterey Wedding Photographer - Step 2

By submitting our secure "Check Availability Form", we'll review our master reservations calendar and personally reply back letting you know if we're available to photograph your upcoming event.  If we are, then act fast and move on to Step Three.

Pebble Beach Photographer - Step 3

At this point, the only thing left to do before your event is "officially" in our master reservations calendar is to securely Submit your Deposit.  All you'll need to do is enter the most basic information about your event (e.g., date, contact information, desired photography package, etc.) and then charge the appropriate deposit to your major credit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.). This whole process takes around 5-minutes...so, a rather painless reservation process!!
